Facial Dynamics Joins The Conversation At IFNS 2025

We will be attending the 15th International Facial Nerve Symposium (IFNS 2025) in Madrid between 24th and 27th September.

The event is a global gathering of leaders in facial nerve research, treatment and rehabilitation, bringing together surgeons, therapists, scientists and innovators to explore the latest thinking in facial nerve care.

We’re excited to be part of the conversation, sharing insight, learning from global clinical leaders and connecting with those shaping the future of facial rehabilitation.

Facial Dynamics: A new approach to facial rehab

Facial Dynamics is our clinician-led, patient-powered digital platform for people living with facial palsy, stroke-related facial weakness and tremor-induced facial movement disorders. It delivers structured therapy through augmented reality, real-time movement tracking and custom rehab routines, all accessible from a normal smartphone or tablet.

Built in consultation with NHS teams, informed by patient experience and aligned with UK national standards, Facial Dynamics brings high-quality neurorehabilitation into the home.

Facial nerve disorders don’t just affect function, they affect identity, communication and quality of life. Yet for many patients, access to therapy is fragmented, inconsistent, or simply unavailable.

Facial Dynamics offers a scalable solution to this problem through mirrorless therapy via an everyday smart device. The platform uses a digital avatar to mask asymmetry, allowing patients to focus on movement without the emotional distress of seeing their own impairment. Each patient is provided with real-time feedback and progress tracking as they are guided through a clinician assigned rehab plan, which is tailored to their diagnosis, goals and stage of recovery.

Already in use across NHS services, including Queen Victoria Hospital and Staffordshire ESD, Facial Dynamics supports the NHS ISDN strategy, complies with DTAC standards and is MHRA-ready.

Building connections at IFNS

We’ll be on the ground in Madrid, connecting with clinicians, researchers and therapists working across the full spectrum of facial nerve care.

We’d love to meet you if you’re interested in enhancing patient outcomes with digital therapy tools, reducing inequality in access to facial rehab or collaborating on clinical research or service pilots.
